We navigate city codes and requirements, managing your plans through each round of revisions until fully approved. HOA submittals handled as needed.

We help you finalize finishes and order materials in the correct sequence — coordinating purchases to align with the construction timeline so nothing delays the build.

Dino is on your jobsite every single day — ensuring the site stays clean, safe, and on schedule. From demolition through final details, you're informed at every step.

Final walkthrough, punch list, and move-in ready delivery. Our relationship doesn't end when the project does — many clients return years later because they trust our work.
