We refine the Jumpstart concept into a complete set of construction documents — blueprints, engineering plans, and all required materials ready for city submittal.

Permits & Approvals
We navigate city codes and requirements, managing your plans through each round of revisions until fully approved. HOA submittals handled as needed.

Selections & Scheduling
We help you finalize finishes and order materials in the correct sequence — coordinating purchases to align with the construction timeline so nothing delays the build.

Construction & Oversight
Dino is on your jobsite every single day — ensuring the site stays clean, safe, and on schedule. From demolition through final details, you're informed at every step.
