Dino meets with you to understand your vision, budget, and goals — and evaluates your lot or existing property for building feasibility, zoning, and coastal or fire zone requirements.

Design & Planning
We create custom blueprints, select materials, and handle all architectural drawings and engineering. Our Remodel Jumpstart program structures this phase so nothing is left to chance before permits are pulled.

Site & Structure
We prepare your site and build a solid foundation with our licensed, skilled crews. Grading, utilities, framing — all coordinated in-house with Dino on-site every single day.

Build & Detail
