If you are ready for design and pre-construction planning, Remodel Jumpstart develops the initial design direction, defines the major scope, works through important decisions, and establishes a preliminary project budget before construction. $250
Dino visits your home to evaluate the existing space, discuss your goals, and identify opportunities, challenges, and possibilities even if you already have plans or designs.

Remodel Jumpstart
If your project is ready for design and pre-construction planning, Jumpstart is where the design work begins. We develop the initial design direction, define the major scope, work through important decisions, and establish a preliminary project budget.
Starting at $1,500 per interior room or $2,500 for exterior and outdoor living projects.

Design + Construction
Once the design and planning are complete, we can move into the next phase of your project. If you choose Tuscany Builders to build it, the same team that helped develop the project remains responsible through construction.
